What's included in 'Improving Happiness & English'?

 

  • Every Monday, you'll receive your self-study training materials (PDFs, audio files, and/or videos) and happiness + English exercises.
  • Each weekly exercise is a science-backed exercise that increases happiness and life satisfaction.
  • You'll review the materials and do the exercises (all in English) to make shifts in your happiness and wellbeing.
  • Every week, we'll meet together, (you, me + our community), in the group conversation class to talk about our experiences, express our opinions, and continue building happiness while practicing and improving conversational English.

You are going to learn more about 8 of the activities that Dr. Sonja Lyubomirsky highlights in her book, 'The How of Happiness,' as exercises that will improve your overall life satisfaction and well-being.

These 8 activities will be your weekly themes, and I've created trainings that will help you practice English and put these into action for your own life benefit.
